About Complete Organics
Complete Organics has stood for the art of fermentation since 2017. The idea came from our founder Boris, who, as a chef in Michelin-starred kitchens, was looking for high-quality kimchi - and finally decided to bring it to the market himself. With attention to detail, we transform high-quality organic vegetables into delicious, purely plant-based products. We deliberately use traditional fermentation without pasteurization to preserve the active cultures, valuable vitamins and nutrients in the products. Whether as a side dish, topping or on their own: the delicious ferments from the chiller cabinet enrich bowls, snacks, pasta dishes, rice dishes and much more.
