About Makaro
Small moments can change lives. The idea came to Hanna, our founder, when she wanted to reward herself with a piece of jewelry. She quickly realized that traditional gold jewelry from a jeweler would be beyond her budget. Costume jewelry, however, did not fit the occasion, nor did it meet her quality standards. Hanna saw an opportunity in this gap, which she developed into a business together with her partner Matthias.
