About Reet Aus
The Reet Aus collection is proof that fashion production really can be rethought and redesigned!
Today, around 25-40% of fabrics in factories end up unused in landfills as offcuts and roll ends, without ever having been used to make clothes.
The mission: to bring these fabrics back into the cycle instead of producing new ones! To this end, we have developed the revolutionary "Industrial Upcycling" production system, which we use to produce our Up-Shirt and our entire collection. This allows us to save vast amounts of resources or make them usable again. Our system is now also available to everyone as the "UPMADE®" certificate. And Reet Aus even won the German Federal Ecodesign Award 2023 in the Product category.
So far, we have given 10,276 kg of fabric waste from textile production a new lease of life, saving 172,778,020 liters of water and 168,027 kWh of electricity.
